our story
Two Booked started the way many good things do: with two friends who couldn’t stop talking about books. What we were reading, what we couldn’t put down, and what we were recommending to everyone around us.
At some point we realized we were always a little… too booked. Our shelves were full, our conversations were about our latest reads, and our free time usually involved starting just one more chapter.
That’s where the name came from.
Two Friends. Too Booked.
What started as a shared love of reading slowly turned into something more. We began creating handmade bookish goods inspired by the stories and cozy reading moments we love most.
Now you’ll find us at local markets, in-store at Salvage Sisters in Waite Park, online, and in your feed sharing all things creative and bookish.

Hi, I’m Maia. I’m the marketing brain behind Two Booked and the one who probably has ten tabs open (about books) at any given time.
I love all things creative, from marketing and social media to dreaming up new ideas for the brand. But if we’re being honest, it all comes back to books. I host a book club, I’m a proud romantasy reader, and yes, Rhysand is absolutely my book boyfriend.
When I’m not working on Two Booked, you’ll usually find me outside with my Kindle in hand. I’m happiest paddleboarding, hiking, or hammocking somewhere quiet. I’m also a very devoted shih tzu mom, and I firmly believe there’s no such thing as too many books or too much time spent reading.

Hi, I’m Lindsay. I’m the creative force behind the products, the shop, and pretty much anything you see that makes Two Booked, well… Two Booked.
I’m also a marketer by trade, but crafting and creating have always been my favorite outlet.
I’m a proud girl mom to my sweet daughter, and when I’m not creating something new, I’m usually spending time with my family. I’m a mood reader who will happily pick up just about anything, but Jonah from The Simple Wild definitely holds the title of book boyfriend.
I’m a Disney fan, a playful romantic at heart, and someone who will happily spend an evening crafting, reading, or dreaming up the next idea for Two Booked.
